Governor of West Bengal to attend Mentaids 20th Annual Concert

Kolkata, Oct 2 (IBNS) Mentaid, West Bengals first registered parents organisation working for the benefit of children with special needs since 1985, will hold its 20th Annual Concert with Governor of West Bengal Keshari Nath Tripathi as the Chief Guest.
