India condemns Kenya terrorist attack

New Delhi, Apr 3 (IBNS): India has strongly condemned the barbaric terrorist attack on a university campus at Garissa in north-eastern Kenya on Thursday, in which about 147 people, mostly students, were killed by Islamist militants.
