India launches rocket carrying seventh navigation satellite, Modi appreciates scientists
Chennai, Apr 28 (IBNS): Creating history, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Thursday launched the PSLV-C33 rocket which carried seventh navigation satellite of the country.
