India to boycott Speakers' meet in Pakistan unless J&K is invited

New Delhi, Aug 8 (IBNS) India will boycott the meeting of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) in Pakistan if the speaker of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly is not invited.
