J&K: Flood alert sounded in Srinagar

Srinagar, Apr 21 (IBNS) As the incessant rains continued to lash Kashmir valley since Sunday, the water level in Jhelum river is continuously increasing with the state Flood Control Department sounding flood alert in Srinagar.
