Uproar in Rajya Sabha over Judicial Appointment Bill

New Delhi, Aug 14 (IBNS) After the government passed the National Judicial Appointments Commission Bill, 2014 and Constitutional Amendment Bill- which will change the collegium system of appointing judges- in Lok Sabha on Wednesday, the Rajya Sabha witnessed noisy scenes over it as MPs demanded a discussion.
