Dozens killed or injured in Afghanistan car bomb explosion

Kabul, June 22 (IBNS) : Scores of people died or wounded when a car bomb exploded close to a bank in southern Helmand province of Afghanistan early on Thursday, state-run news agency Khaama Press reported.
