Murdered artist Hema Upadhyay's ex-husband arrested

Mumbai, Dec 22 (IBNS) Slain artist Hema Upadhyay's former husband Chintan, who was under the police vigil in connection with the double murder, was arrested on Tuesday, said media reports.
