PM Modi to address election meeting in Bihar today

Patna, Oct 2 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a 'Parivartan Rally' for electioneering in poll-bound Bihar on Friday.The rally in Banka district will be the PM's sixth election programme and the first since elections were declared.
