3-yr-old girl allegedly raped inside Bangalore nursery school
Bangalore, Oct 22 (IBNS): A three-year-old girl was allegedly sexually abused inside a nursery school in Bangalore which is still coming to terms with another such incident in July that had triggered an outrage.
Police said the girl was allegedly sexually assaulted at a private nursery school a day ago on Tuesday and on medical examination they have found bruises in her body.
Police said they are also examining the CCTV footage and questioning the staff of the school while no arrest was yet made.
The girl had fever and could communicate to her mother of some abuse.
The police lodged a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012 and Section 376 (rape) of Indian Penal Code after receiving a complaint from her father.
The girl who went to the school happy but came back distraught.
Parents protested over the latest incident in the IT city which witnessed a stir on a similar incident a few months ago.
A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped in July by gym instructors within the premises of reputed Vibgyor International School in the city.
