Diesel, petrol prices reduced
New Delhi, Apr 1 (IBNS): Giving relief to consumers, petrol price has been reduced by 49 paise per litre while diesel price has been slashed by Rs. 1.21 a litre, officials said on Wednesday.
In a statement, state-run Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOC) said: "Decrease in Retail Selling Price of Petrol by Rs. 0.49/litre at Delhi (including State levies) with corresponding increase in other States. With this change, the price of Petrol in Delhi will become Rs. 60.00/litre."
" Decrease in Retail Selling Price of Diesel (Retail) by Rs. 1.21 /litre at Delhi (including State levies) with corresponding increase in other States. With this change, the price of Diesel in Delhi will become Rs. 48.50/litre," it said.
