Post alliance, BJP-Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP on war-footing
New Delhi, Sept 26 (IBNS): 24 hours after break-up of the respective alliance, Bharatiya Janata Party, Shiv Sena, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party on Thursday have kept themselves busy finalizing candidates for the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly polls next month.
BJP to release first list of 190 candidates today
Mumbai, Sep 26 (IBNS): With the 25-year-old alliances with Shiv Sena falling apart over seat-sharing stalemate, the Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) is now getting ready to announce its first list of 190 candidates on Friday for the Maharashtra elections to be held on October 15, reports said.
Cong-NCP to meet over seat-sharing logjam today
Mumbai, Sep 23 (IBNS): Maharashtras ruling Congress-Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will meet in Mumbai on Tuesday to sort out the seat-sharing logjam ahead of the state Assembly polls scheduled next month, reports said.
