Kolkata : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national vice president Dilip Ghosh on Thursday said precautionary measures should have been taken without depending solely on police after three people were killed at an event organised by West Bengal Leader of Opposition (LoP) Suvendu Adhikari in Asansol a day ago.
